The staff has always been very, very nice, and the facilities were comfortable. Very central location close enough to the beautiful Ljubljana, it was in a nice enough area. Besides, I explored Ljubljana Old Town not too far from the hotel. Recommend this place and would stay there again.

Plus, the shared kitchen was a convenient bonus for preparing snacks and drinks.

The street noise outside the window could be a bit bothersome on weekends, but it didn't disturb our sleep too much. the privacy in the room was compromised due to the window facing the street.

I recently stayed at Cacao Rooms for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was more than worth the room rate. There is no traditional front desk, instead, you pick up the key from the Cacao Coffee Shop next door and have the freedom to come and go as you please through the private entrance. The location is super-central in the old town, making it easy to explore. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The attention to detail was evident with complimentary slippers and toweling robes provided. The staff at the coffee shop were extremely helpful and the WiFi worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

The room at Cacao Rooms was modern and spacious, with a clean and quiet environment. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to walk to the famous Triple and Dragon bridges, as well as the stunning Ljubljana Castle. The mini kitchen in the central hall was a nice touch, allowing me to prepare tea or coffee in the evening. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the nearby Cacao café had a delicious river view. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy apartments and amazing location.
